We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, friendly staff, and convenient location. The breakfast was also delicious.
Nothing to mention in terms of worst aspects. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel that exceeded my expectations. The hotel was new and really impressive for the price. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Upon check-in, one of the staff members noticed my manicure struggles and immediately helped me find a place in town to fix it. They even managed to get me an appointment within an hour. I was taken care of from the moment I arrived, with the staff finding me a place to work and organizing my taxi for the next morning. The service I received was top-notch and truly made me feel like a VIP.
I would recommend this hotel to families.

The hotel was impressive, new and affordable. The staff went above and beyond with their exceptional service. Saldana, with her attention to detail, helped fix my manicure and even booked me an appointment. She also organized a place to work and arranged a taxi. The staff made my stay feel like a world-class hotel experience, even in a small town.
No negatives.

The hotel was equipped with modern amenities at a very reasonable price. The front-of-house staff provided prompt and efficient service and assisted me with locating a local nail salon that was able to fix my manicure the same day. The location of the hotel was in a key area, which was great for exploring the city on foot. the room had great air conditioning which made my stay comfortable, particularly since it was during the hot and humid Easter season.
I would have extended my stay, however, the heavy smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel negatively impacted my stay, especially since the smoke seeped into my room via the air conditioning. I also noticed that smoking seemed to be prevalent in cafes and restaurants throughout the city.

Located in a small town, the hotel provides surprisingly amazing service and facilities for a budget price. the staff, especially Saldana, went out of their way to assist guests with their needs, such as recommending a local manicure salon. the rooms are new and impressive, equipped with all basic amenities, including air conditioners. A highlight is the scrumptious breakfast served daily, superb for such a small-town establishment. the hotel's spectacular view of the surrounding mountains is utterly breathtaking due to the location.
The city has narrow choices in entertainment and is very smoky.
